Job Summary
Conduct clinical pharmacy services, support distributive pharmacy operations, and ensure optimal pharmaceutical care for all patients daily. Process orders, dispense medications, and maintain clinical and distributive processes to promote safe, cost-effective drug therapies across all age groups. Participate in departmental targeted clinical programs and contribute to educational goals while enhancing pharmacy performance and accuracy. Maintain ACGME accreditation reporting requirements and achieve ASHP-endorsed PGY1 residency preceptorship. Requires pharmacist licensure in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy. Up to $81.87/hr with weekday evening, night, and weekend differentials. $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharm D degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Required licensure as a pharmacist and in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy
- Required to maintain preceptor license through the OK State Board of Pharmacy upon hire
- Required to achieve/maintain ASHP-endorsed PGY1 residency program preceptorship upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent, but not required
- Preferred clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
- Strongly encouraged to achieve/maintain board-certification in related practice area
