Job Summary
Process orders, dispense medications, and ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective drug therapies for all patients daily. Participate in departmental clinical programs, facilitate the development of pharmacy processes, and administer ACGME accreditation and reporting requirements. Contribute to educational goals and enhance pharmacy process performance to promote patient safety. Maintain licensure with the OK State Board of Pharmacy and achieve PGY1 residency preceptorship. Earn up to $81.87/hr with weekday and weekend differentials, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharm D degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Required licensure as a pharmacist and in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy
- Required to maintain preceptor license through the OK State Board of Pharmacy upon hire
- Required to achieve/maintain ASHP-endorsed PGY1 residency program preceptorship upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent, but not required
- Preferred clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
- Strongly encouraged to achieve/maintain board-certification in related practice area
