ER Clinical Nurse - Part Time (12 hours/week)

ER Clinical Nurse provides direct patient care in the 16-bed Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Responsible for promoting patient- and family-centered care, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance, and developing/ documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs and to address patient values, cultural considerations, and barriers to involvement in care. This is a safety-sensitive, part-time role with 12-hour shifts in Sullivan, Missouri.
