Direct patient care in a 16-bed Emergency Department; performs assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards; promotes patient and family centered care; collaborates with interprofessional team; uses critical nursing skills to assess and address physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and population-specific needs; safety-sensitive role; RN license required; Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred; Experience: No Experience required, with <2 years preferred; 12-hour night shifts; 16-Bed ED; Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital located in Sullivan, MO.
