ER Care Center Technician

Job Summary
Perform routine EKGs, Holter Monitor applications, B/P monitor applications, Code Blue functions, and other monitoring situations in the Emergency Room. Insert Foley catheters using sterilization techniques and collect specimens via venipuncture. Assist in teaching patients self-care and encourage independence within their limitations. This role requires a High School diploma, with CNA or EMT license and prior experience as a CNA, Patient Care Assistant, or EMT preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Assistant, or Emergency Medical Technician preferred
- CNA or EMT license preferred
