Job Summary

Senior Employee Relations Advisor providing expert guidance across complex ER matters, managing high-volume casework (disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence, investigations), supporting mediation and Employment Tribunal preparation, partnering with managers and stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused outcomes, coaching managers to handle ER issues, contributing to policy reviews and process improvements, and delivering training across multiple UK locations.

Required Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
  • Proven senior employee relations experience
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience managing complex high-volume ER casework independently
  • Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience delivering training across UK locations
