Job Summary
Manage risk and controls across the equity swaps life cycle while troubleshooting issues to protect against financial and reputational damage. Service client needs using market product knowledge, monitor trade discrepancies, and conduct root cause analysis to resolve fails effectively. Optimize service delivery by implementing process automation initiatives, reducing manual interventions, and supporting clients in reconciliation queries. Liaise with various departments to ensure compliance with technical standards and influence internal stakeholders to drive collaborative outcomes. This role within Equity Derivatives focuses on enhancing client relationships through operational support and strategic change management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge or equivalent expertise in client service derivative operations, with a focus on transaction processing and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of the trade life cycle.
- Demonstrated proficiency in detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions to protect clients and the institution.
- Ability to liaise with various departments to ensure compliance with technical standards and organizational policies.
- Skilled in influencing and managing internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes and develop collaborative relationships.
- Expertise in facilitating change management and strategic communication with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital literacy and the implementation of emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
