Job Summary
Equity Swap Operations Analyst-Team Lead responsible for day-to-day BAU processing for Equity Swaps, including trade booking, lifecycle event processing (resets, dividends, fees), daily swap cashflow processing and settlements, reconciliations (trade, position, cash), client setup and static data maintenance, and SLA sign-offs. The role requires strong attention to detail, understanding of equity swap lifecycle, and the ability to work in time-sensitive BAU environments while driving automation initiatives. Collaboration with Front Office and internal/external stakeholders is essential, with experience in front-to-back processes and systems such as NUVO, TRAIANA, and DUCO. Shift: 7pm–4am IST; location: Bangalore. Preferred candidate will have 4–7 years in financial services, knowledge of derivatives concepts, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate and above preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline
- Knowledge of Global Markets, cash management and payment systems
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Financial Services industry with minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations or Middle office role
- Knowledge of Macros, SQL & MS Access Database queries will be an added advantage
