Job Summary
Equity Sales role in London focused on managing and growing client relationships across brokers, banks, asset managers, and trading firms; develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with product, market data, and post-trade teams to drive revenue and client engagement. Requires deep knowledge of equity markets, market structure, trading workflows, and execution trends, plus strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Equity Sales, Electronic Trading Sales, ETF Sales, Execution Services, Market Structure, or Capital Markets Sales
- Strong understanding of the London market ecosystem and key market participants
- Existing client relationships across sell-side and/or buy-side participants preferred
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and build relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
