Job Summary
Senior Equity Research role in Thailand/ASEAN Energy & Utility leading coverage strategy, thematic research and client engagement. You will own investment theses, oversee modeling/valuation standards, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Sales & Trading and Corporate Access to maximize client impact. The role requires setting research direction, delivering high-quality sector and company research, and representing the franchise with senior clients and company management teams in a fast-paced front-office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level equity research experience covering financials and/or banks with client impact
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise; ability to review, challenge, and improve models and sensitivities
- Excellent stakeholder management across clients, Sales and Trading, and internal partners in a front-office environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Experience leading or developing talent, including coaching analysts/associates and raising team standards
- Thai language capability or willingness to develop Thai fluency
