Job Summary
Equity Research - Industrials: Analyze sectors to deliver original insights and actionable reports; contribute to thematic sector reports; manage client requests; present complex ideas clearly to clients; organize fact-finding trips and investor tours; propose innovative approaches to strengthen franchise; adhere to risk management policies and regulatory rules. Requires at least 2 years of analytical experience and a Bachelor’s degree; ability to arrange fact-finding trips and channel-checks; strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Mandarin for Chinese disclosures; CFA/CPA is a plus. Located in Hong Kong (Central and Western or Hong Kong Island) with in-person office arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in equity research or analytical role
- Ability to independently arrange fact-finding trips and channel-check meetings
- Proficiency in Mandarin with the ability to read and analyze Chinese-language company disclosures
