Job Summary
Support 2–3 Senior Research Analysts by maintaining distribution lists, analyzing CRM data for metrics like readership and analyst allocation, and managing travel logistics including expense reports, calendars, and event catering. Coordinate analyst events, handle phone and webinar coverage, and moderate panels while acting as a liaison between analysts and cross-functional stakeholders. Prepare clear reports using Excel and Salesforce, ensuring accurate execution of confidential support functions with independent judgment. Work within a premier sell-side research firm known for sector and macro expertise, where you will develop key skills in a mentoring environment focused on professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a proven academic record
- Highly motivated with a strong interest in finance and Equity Research
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Skilled within Excel with ability to use pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy, detail, and follow-up
- Proactively handle regular activities without prompting, guidance and direction
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and prioritize to complete tasks in a timely manner
Desired Qualifications
- Bloomberg and/or FactSet terminal use may be needed for special projects (prior experience not required)
