Job Summary
Conduct in-depth company analysis covering financials, competitive positioning, and growth trajectories for semiconductor and hardware sectors. Develop sophisticated financial models forecasting performance and valuation while collecting sector data to identify emerging trends. Write and publish timely research notes and reports that inform institutional investor decisions, articulating actionable investment views to internal sales forces and client bases. Interface directly with C-suite executives and IR teams at leading technology companies to support coverage and contribute to new company initiations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 3-5 years of industry experience in the technology industry
- Active FINRA licenses including SIE, 86 & 87
- Good understanding of your area of technological expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven capacity to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-starter who excels both independently and collaboratively
- Solid work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine passion for technology and markets
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in networking, optics, power, or semi-cap equipment
- Experience in the networking or optical hardware space
- Experience anywhere in the semiconductor or semi-cap equipment fields
- Network of customers, peers, suppliers you can keep in touch with to identify industry trends
