Job Summary
Equity Operations Transformation Project Manager - Vice President responsible for the delivery, governance, and governance-management of Equity Operations initiatives across Global Equity Operations. Lead and support projects from Core Platform development to bank-wide transformations, Clearing House enhancements, and market/regulatory initiatives with exposure to regional and global programs. Responsibilities include maintaining an auditable governance process, producing management/Stakeholder reports, coordinating documentation, stakeholder management, meeting logistics and minutes, driving initiatives, delivering executive updates, managing issue escalation, overseeing complex work, supporting program management, and facilitating senior decision-making. Requires strong project management, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, AI/LLM, analytics tooling, excellent stakeholder relations, proactive and independent work style, and the ability to deliver initiatives on time with strong governance.
Required Qualifications
- Project Management experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio
- Experience of using JIRA, AI/LLM , Analytics tooling
- Strong people skills, with ability to build relationships with all types of stakeholders, at all levels across all business area’s
- Self-starter, pro-active, organized, with a keen eye for detail and have the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated success in delivering initiatives on time through strong Governance and planning, in addition to having strong analytical, organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Confident and assertive with the ability to push back when necessary and manage stakeholders
- Initiative – taking the lead in unstructured situations, including seizing new opportunities
- Flexible attitude in dealing with multiple tasks with tight time frames and limited supervision
- Accountability and responsibility for own actions
