Job Summary
Equity Operations Transformation Project Manager – Senior Associate responsible for delivering, managing, and governing Equity Operations initiatives across regional and global programs. Lead and support a range of projects from Core Platform development and process improvements to bank-wide transformations, Clearing House enhancements, and market/regulatory initiatives. Responsibilities include maintaining auditable governance, producing management reports, coordinating supporting documentation, building stakeholder relationships, organizing meetings and minutes, driving initiatives with leadership, delivering executive updates, and managing issues. Key skills include project management, proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, experience with JIRA and AI/LLM analytics tooling, strong stakeholder management, proactive and independent work style, and demonstrated ability to deliver initiatives on time with strong governance and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Project Management experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio
- Experience of using JIRA, AI/LLM , Analytics tooling
- Strong people skills, with ability to build relationships with all types of stakeholders, at all levels across all business area’s
- Self-starter, pro-active, organized, with a keen eye for detail and have the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated success in delivering initiatives on time through strong Governance and planning, in addition to having strong analytical, organisational and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Confident and assertive with the ability to push back when necessary and manage stakeholders
- Initiative – taking the lead in unstructured situations, including seizing new opportunities
- Flexible attitude in dealing with multiple tasks with tight time frames and limited supervision
- Accountability and responsibility for own actions
