Equity Manager Research Administrator

Job Summary
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate regular and ad hoc research, collaborate on producing written and numbers-based reporting in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and provide analysis of relevant data to support strategic projects. Maintain operational frameworks to facilitate collaboration and governance structures while assisting with document formatting and template creation for team consistency. Manage projects from an operational perspective and own Teams channels to strengthen global collaboration practices. This role supports the Equity Manager Research team at Mercer, which serves clients across the spectrum for US$16.2 trillion in manager selection and US$692 billion in discretionary assets.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility and the ability to pivot between tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- A great work ethic
- Keen organisational skills
- Experience across the MS Office suite
- Strong written and oral communication, liaising at all levels
- Comfort dealing with data and numbers
- This is a hybrid role – you would be expected in the office at least three days each week
