Job Summary
Equity Derivatives Middle Office Trade Support Analyst in Tokyo responsible for capturing trades for OTC derivatives and cash equities, ensuring accurate risk reflection in the risk management system, timely regulatory reporting, and resolving ad hoc queries. Will drive process-improvement initiatives, manage end-to-end lifecycle processes, and collaborate with traders, operations, and other stakeholders to support new business initiatives and maintain a strong control environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree, strong numerical skills, and proficiency in Japanese and English; solid Excel/Word skills; and experience with or exposure to regulatory reporting and financial services processes.
