Equity Derivatives Deal Review Associate

Job Summary
Perform deal reviews by comparing Term sheets against Risk management systems and Legal Confirmations, ensuring accurate reviews and timely escalation of unissued/unexecuted documents. Drive process efficiency by identifying incorrect booking practices and educating Middle Office on impacts. Build and sustain strong relationships with internal Lines of Business (Middle Office, Front Office, internal Counterparts). Ensure issues are investigated and resolved per Business Standards. Prepare weekly MIS and monthly control packs for Senior Management; analyze MI and report trends/spikes. Participate in testing related to system enhancements, project implementations, and new business initiatives. Identify control gaps and propose improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Requires Graduate with 1-3 years experience, ISDA knowledge, Equity Derivatives product knowledge, strong numeracy, and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate with 1-3 years experience
- ISDA knowledge and Equity Derivatives product knowledge preferable
- Strong partnership abilities
- Excellent numeracy and computer literacy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to operate in high tempo trading environment
- Be able to analyze MI and report trends
