Job Summary
Lead strategic transformation of Cash Equities, Equities Derivatives, and Prime Finance by converting plans into high-impact programs and managing end-to-end project lifecycles from planning through execution. Develop detailed project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and oversee comprehensive test strategies while performing root cause analysis to drive business process improvements. Scope, elicit, and document business requirements using BPM tools, monitor program progress with data analytics and AI, and manage testing defects and validation. Lead change management activities, including stakeholder communications and training, while building and mentoring high-performing teams across cross-functional units.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years' experience in the financial services industry
- experience with strategic system implementation
- experience with business process re-engineering
- experience with regulatory change projects
- Strong understanding of product offering and front-to-back workflow in Cash Equities, Equities Derivatives, and Prime Finance business
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex programs or projects across multiple business units and product lines
