Job Summary
Oversee the month-end close for the line of business general ledger, perform reconciliations and journal entries, manage intercompany eliminations, and strengthen the control environment around financial reporting. Collaborate with product control, technology, operations, and legal entity controllers to identify process improvements and drive changes that simplify processes and enhance controls. Ensure accuracy of reported results through hands-on control procedures and routine engagement in business projects and team objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience)
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Basic experience with a financial consolidation and reporting system (i.e. SAP interface)
