Equipment Trainer & Evaluator

Equipment Trainer & Evaluator to join OSG’s training/service delivery team in Southwestern Ontario (primarily Brampton). Facilitate and evaluate in-person equipment training programs for operators on forklifts, aerial work platforms, and overhead cranes across client sites and third-party locations. Deliver engaging, practical training that reinforces safe work practices and legislative compliance; provide fair and objective evaluations; adapt delivery to learner needs; maintain training records; support scheduling and client delivery. Travel across Southwestern Ontario required; occasional evenings and Saturdays. Role emphasizes in-person and hybrid delivery at client sites, with both classroom and practical instruction, leveraging adult-learning principles and industry best practices. Must have certification/operational experience in the listed equipment, strong safety and regulatory knowledge, excellent communication, and a valid Ontario driver’s license with reliable vehicle access; a clear criminal background check is required.
