Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer-owned industrial paint and coating application equipment, performing service calls at both the facility and customer locations. Assist customers and sales personnel with equipment-related questions, prepare recommendations and quotations, and manage inventory levels through cycle counts. Travel to sites for installations and troubleshooting as needed while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and strong mechanical aptitude. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $20.00 to $26.00.
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with appropriate equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with industrial paint and coating equipment, including brands such as Graco, Kremlin, or DeVilbiss
- Knowledge of hazardous material handling and related safety practices
- Forklift experience or willingness to complete training
- Industrial maintenance, equipment repair, automotive repair, or similar technical experience
