Equipment Technician

Equipment Technician responsible for the maintenance and adjustment of offline, auxiliary bindery/finishing equipment and components. Performs routine maintenance such as cleaning, oiling, replacement of worn parts, and belt tension adjustment. Maintains inventory of spare parts and submits part orders to ensure continuous operation. Demonstrates general knowledge of small/light equipment and the mechanical operation of machinery, with knowledge of electrical and mechanical functioning, ability to troubleshoot malfunctions, understand electrical/mechanical schematics, interpret instruction manuals, and use tools/test equipment for diagnosis and repair.
