Job Summary
Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical equipment, generators, dehumidifiers, and diesel systems on rental fleets and customer-owned tools using independent judgment. Perform maintenance on the Mooring USA fleet, including oil changes, registrations, and inspections, while traveling to job sites for repairs and setup of electrical distribution. Assist in training lower-level technicians and manage paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed daily. Support pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts as needed. Must be able to travel at a moment's notice for weeks at a time, including short-notice trips for extended periods. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
- Knowledge of construction equipment with an understanding of schematics and electrical diagrams
- Must own tools applicable to position
- Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs and greater than 45 lbs occasionally
- Ability to travel on short notice for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
