Equipment Technician

Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, including carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums. Establish collaborative relationships with assigned accounts, demonstrate equipment to customers, and coordinate with other departments to ensure satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date records of services performed, purchase parts and supplies, and track inventory. Follow safety and housekeeping procedures while continually enhancing industry and equipment knowledge. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and prior service, repair, and maintenance experience.
