Job Summary
Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory in Austin, TX. Own customer relationships by providing professional, reliable maintenance that adheres to safety rules and meets strict Service Level Agreement requirements. Conduct thorough inspections, perform timely repairs correctly the first time, and complete accurate paperwork. Troubleshoot issues independently while communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical individuals. Maintain a clean driving record and lift up to 50 lbs. to service equipment across the region.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience servicing equipment
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role
- Must like coffee
- Proficient in using smartphones for inventory management, scheduling, and other tasks
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
