Job Summary
Equipment Technician responsible for maintenance, repair, and up-time of Admar Supply and customer equipment. Inspect and tag returned rental equipment, troubleshoot per repair tags with input from Service Writer/Service Manager, ensure timely and complete repairs, provide detailed problem descriptions and recommended short- and long-term solutions, perform thorough inspections to confirm safety features and rent-readiness, complete required paperwork accurately, and uphold shop safety and organization. Must read drawings/schematics, conduct internal/vendor training as assigned, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience as part of 'The Admar Experience'.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1+ years’ experience in a service environment
- Experience working on construction related equipment preferred
- Experience with small engine repair preferred
- Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems preferred
- Compliance with OSHA/ANSI and state/federal guidelines
