Job Summary
Equipment Technician with responsibility for preventive and reparative maintenance of production and R&D equipment, documenting in RAM, Agile, and Track-It; following GMP; supporting engineering activities in design, test, and checkout of prototype electromechanical systems and test equipment; troubleshooting, fault isolation, and validation activities; requires experience with PLCs, robotics (6-axis), pneumatic/hydraulic systems, test equipment, and hands-on maintenance across production and development environments; travel 15-25% and weekend flexibility; salary range $27.40-$41.15 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and familiarity with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical documents related to equipment specifications
- Ability to write routine reports, pass downs and correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, engineers and managers
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, schematic, blue print, equipment drawing, or schedule form
- High School diploma/certificate or equivalent
