Job Summary
Prevent, predict maintenance, and troubleshoot plant equipment including pumps, screw, centrifugal, and reciprocating compressors. Follow process flow diagrams and hazardous area installation standards while utilizing specialized measuring and testing devices. Apply alignment, lubricant, and vibration principles to ensure safe operation, and create plans for rigging and lifting loads. Track maintenance activity, bad actors, and associated equipment costs. Requires a high school diploma, four years of oilfield experience, and a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years oilfield experience
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must have an excellent driving record
- Must have a valid Driver's license
- Must have an acceptable driving record
- Strong technical and/or mechanical aptitude
- Team player
- Self-starter
- Committed to excellence
- Willingness to travel and/or commute to multiple job sites
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred background in reciprocating compressor Maintenance
- Preferred background in pump maintenance
- Working knowledge of CO2 operations
- Knowledge of Maximo or similar program to track equipment inventory, repairs, and costs
