Job Summary
Equipment Support Technician providing telephonic and written technical support to customers globally, drafting technical procedure documents, and driving continuous improvement in after-sales network. Requires ability to troubleshoot technical issues, communicate professionally, travel up to 10% (domestic and international as necessary), and collaborate across departments. Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus; CFESA/equivalent certification and basic electrical, gas, and control programming skills are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in any related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-5 years of technical or customer service related experience via the phone
- Bi-lingual with Spanish would be a plus
- Basic computer skills including but not limited to keyboarding and Microsoft suite tools
- Gas or Electric CFESA / Equivalent Certification is a plus
- Basic electrical, gas, diagrams, and control programming skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Collaborates well in a team environment and across multiple departments
