Job Summary
Equipment Support Technician responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of casino tables and equipment (illumination, communication systems, video), office equipment, and game-show devices; maintains records, communicates with GIR/technical teams, tests new shred/reel equipment, supports IT tasks (Windows, servers), assists with transport and handling of equipment, soldering and joinery as needed, and ensures operations run smoothly in a fast-paced studio environment. Requires strong technical/IT background, hands-on hardware skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends. Location-based duties in Grand Rapids, MI with in-person work arrangement. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k match, and competitive pay at $20/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Previous IT and/or technical background
- Good computer hardware knowledge installation and troubleshooting with an understanding of network architectures
- Microsoft Windows maintenance
- Basic Microsoft Server maintenance
