Job Summary
Equipment Specialist responsible for executing assigned manufacturing tasks per the production schedule to ensure timely, quality, and compliant product output. Responsibilities include operating the production plant via the process control system (PLS), preparing media and buffer solutions, performing all assigned duties of the operator, adhering to GMP, safety, and environmental guidelines, timely review of batch records, conducting and logging cleaning activities, maintaining housekeeping (5S), sampling and distribution of process-related checks, supporting shift leadership, providing technical guidance to production staff, assisting with qualification/validation activities, offering process-specific technical support, training colleagues, and contributing to continuous improvement of operational processes.
