Job Summary
Conduct sustainment logistics management support to the Program Management Office, including supportability analysis, planning, and lifecycle decision-making. Collect, analyze, and interpret specialized equipment and supply chain information for lifecycle management. Draft documentation such as Supply Chain Management Requests and Warranty Support procedures, and actively participate in Systems Engineering Events and Engineering Change Proposal reviews. Develop and maintain itemized inventory and shipment databases for Government Furnished Property, including spare parts to and from the Fleet Marine Force and Original Equipment Manufacturer facilities. Ensure fielded equipment is calibrated according to schedule and support program responses to Service Requests within 72 hours of receipt. Maintain a classified (Secret) database indexed by equipment serial number to track service requests, warranty coverage, and calibration requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and priority management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team on multidisciplinary projects in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, TEAMS)
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, speak and hear, and to use hands and arms for routine work tasks
- Vision abilities required include close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses

- Familiarity with Logistics Support Analysis 036 format
- Familiarity with Supply Instruction SI 10197B-12/1A
- Familiarity with GEIA STD-0007C format
- Familiarity with Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MS)
- Familiarity with Marine Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (MICAPS)
- Familiarity with Total Force Structure Management Systems (TFSMS)
- Familiarity with Technical Data Management (TDM) Catalyst
- Familiarity with Logistics Data & Analytics Reporting Tool (LDART)
- Familiarity with Federal Logistics Information System (WebLFIS)
- Familiarity with Fed Mall
- Familiarity with Albany Publication website
