Job Summary
Lead overall leadership direction for the Equipment Facility, managing inventory control, fleet maintenance, and tooling while coordinating with jobsites, vendors, and internal teams. Oversee budget controls, purchasing, rental agreements, and financial forecasting, alongside large-scale inventory management and logistics planning. Establish process improvement plans using 5S strategies, lead department initiatives including training and support, and manage a team of craft and non-craft members. Requires 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience in construction, equipment rental, and/or project management
- 10+ years equivalent professional trade experience
- 1+ year of direct team leadership and management experience
- Knowledge of construction equipment and materials
- Familiarity with basic maintenance/service schedules
- Budget management
- Valid US Driver's License with clean driving record
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with budget planning and financial oversight (preferred)
