Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment in hospitals as an Equipment Service Technician II. Perform fundamental maintenance, service calls, installations, and field upgrade programs; prioritize customer needs and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Provide information and options to customers, build relationships with Sales to drive customer experience and revenue opportunities, and identify sales opportunities in the assigned territory. Daily travel with a company vehicle; role is safety-sensitive and requires background checks and vendor credentialing; flexible hours including overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with minimum 6 years progressive mechanical/technical experience
- In lieu of HS diploma, an Associate's degree or related certifications in technical/mechanical area
- Successful ESS II training and promotional requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet background/credentialing requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours and overnight travel
