Job Summary
Equipment Service Technician responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs to maintain restaurant facilities, prioritizing repairs, coordinating with the R&M Budget, and minimizing impact on operations. Requires knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, general mechanical systems, and experience with food-service equipment repair a plus. Must be able to work independently, communicate with management and coworkers, handle multiple tasks, and maintain productivity under pressure. High School Diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation are required.
