Equipment Service Technician

Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on equipment including Minscan, dry guns, wire feeders, mixers, pumps, and motors. Execute pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, and electrical repairs while reading schematics and maintaining clean, operational machinery. Apply product materials and track inventory to minimize consumable usage. Submit reports, manage record-keeping, and assist in training new hires. Act independently, supervise self during shifts, and lead by example regarding safety and standard operating procedures. Travel up to 80% of the time, with occasional overnight stays, and work rotating shifts, emergency call-outs, and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity and electronics
