Job Summary
Equipment Service Technician I is a remote-based, customer-facing role primarily working inside hospitals, responsible for troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment used in surgical procedures and providing installation support on complex mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic units. The role involves daily travel by company vehicle, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and identifying sales opportunities within the assigned territory. A High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of mechanical/technical experience is required, with associates degrees or related certifications considered toward technical experience; valid driver’s license and ability to meet onboarding credentialing requirements are also required.
