Job Summary
Equipment and Sanitation Supervisor oversees equipment deliveries to departments, ensures proper sanitation and timely washing, covers sick calls, logs machine temperatures every 2 hours, and troubleshoots minor issues. Drives on-time production by supervising a high-performing team, leading daily huddles, and optimizing staffing to meet productivity and cost goals. Maintains safety, sanitation, and food quality compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA, and HACCP; manages equipment inventory, maintenance, and sanitation programs; reduces waste and improves workflow; ensures every flight is catered accurately and on schedule. Requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and production management systems; hands-on approach to leading teams and schedules in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced food production or related environment
- Expertise in sanitation regulations, food safety standards, and equipment management
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and production management systems
