Equipment Sales Representative

Job Summary
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to identify equipment needs, uncover sales opportunities, and generate qualified leads for the Compact Construction Equipment range. Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive customer engagement while managing a portfolio of approximately 3,000 customers. Maintain accurate customer information, activity, and opportunities within the CRM and promptly follow up on enquiries. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This entry-level role includes ongoing product and sales training, with a competitive salary package plus commissions and annual performance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for sales, customer service and building relationships
- A proactive attitude and confidence making outbound calls to engage customers and uncover opportunities
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- A genuine interest in machinery, construction equipment, automotive, motorbikes or similar industries
- Previous experience in retail sales, automotive sales or customer service
- Must complete a short online Workplace Safety Assessment
