Equipment Sales Manager - Michigan

Job Summary
As an Equipment Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth in assigned territories by generating new business for tunnel and In Bay carwashes and collaborating with current clients to update their equipment. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, cold calling for new leads, traveling to client sites to assess needs, and becoming a product expert. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management, extensive B2B sales experience, and a track record in the car wash or similar industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Business Management experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven sales experience in similar industry selling business-to-business
- Car wash industry experience, capital equipment sales and/or broadline sales in convenience store industry experience
- Valid driver’s license including a safe driving record
- Must be familiar with sales cycles and have the ability to work within a typical sales cycle of approximately 30-90 days
- Must work well independently, be a self-starter and manage time and travel within policy/budget
- Proven track record of value be assertive and have the ability to make value-added recommendations to clients and prospects

Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in utilizing CRM; SalesForce.com strongly preferred
- Proficient managing business expenses and completing expense reports on time
