Job Summary
Yard Technician to maintain and organize the equipment yard, coordinate delivery of tools/equipment, inspect and organize inventory, perform routine maintenance on generators, compressors, and pumps, arrange external repairs, track usage and inventory, and prepare vehicles/equipment for storage and deployment. Requires 2+ years of yard/equipment experience, a valid PA driver's license, high school diploma or trade school equivalence, and strong communication and organizational skills. On-site, full-time role based at the Oakdale, PA yard (occasional weekend or emergency support).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or trade school equivalent
- 2+ years of experience managing equipment, tools, and yard operations
- Valid PA driver’s license and clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with equipment repairs
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (inventory tracking, dispatch tools, spreadsheets)
