Job Summary
Inside Sales Specialist responsible for supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rental equipment in construction/industrial sectors. Acts as front-line contact to understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders, and deliver customer satisfaction with professional attitude. Requires strong administrative skills, familiarity with tools/equipment, and ability to work with customers to match equipment to job site needs; includes on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth within an entrepreneurial, team-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s license required
- Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment
- Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred
- Strong customer service & telephone skills
- Solid computer and administrative skills
- DOT Qualification process preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
