Inside Sales Representative role supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rental equipment. The Equipment Rental Specialist is the front-line contact responsible for understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, and delivering customer satisfaction through professional administrative support. Requires knowledge of construction/industrial tools and equipment, strong customer service and telephone skills; DOT qualification process preferred. Required Qualifications
