Job Summary
Support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment, including pumps, scaffolding, and general tools. Understand customer needs, negotiate terms, and place orders while delivering professional service. Handle administrative tasks and maintain a friendly, knowledgeable front-line presence. This role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and familiarity with various equipment types. Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process is preferred. Bilingual candidates in Spanish or other languages may be preferred.
Required Qualifications
