Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative role supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rental of construction/industrial equipment. Front-line contact to understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders, and deliver customer satisfaction with a professional attitude. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, knowledge of construction/industrial tools, strong customer service and administrative skills; DOT qualification preferred; bilingual may be preferred in some locations. Physical demands include lifting 50 pounds+. Benefits and extensive on-the-job training offered; growth opportunities within a large equipment-rental company.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s license
- Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment
- Strong customer service & telephone skills
- Solid computer and administrative skills
- Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred
