Job Summary

Lead internal project teams, consulting engineers, and contractors through the full mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and maintenance process to deliver projects on time and within budget. Provide technical engineering support to ensure all construction and maintenance work complies with codes, standards, and specifications. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for HVAC, electrical, cranes, and facility systems to maintain high uptime and reliability. Manage the capital expenditure process, including reviews, approvals, and execution of site projects to meet technical requirements, budgets, and deadlines. Support onboarding and commissioning of new equipment while implementing reliability programs to reduce downtime before equipment enters production. Respond to facility emergencies and maintains readiness procedures to protect operations from environmental threats.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a other engineering discipline
  • 1+ years of experience with the design, construction, or maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) building systems
