Job Summary
Clock in at 6:00 a.m. to diagnose issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and apply hands-on skills including welding, plumbing, and electrical systems. Service hydraulic and pneumatic systems, operate machine shop equipment like drill presses and lathes, and read electrical schematics while documenting work in the SAP maintenance module. Switch between independent tasks and team projects, uphold a clean workspace, and strictly follow Lockout/Tagout, GMP, and safety procedures. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with eligibility for annual wage increases and monthly productivity bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/equivalent
- Engineering courses successfully attended and passed
- Mechanical aptitude test score of 40 or above
- Electrical Repair
- Pneumatics Troubleshooting
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Electrical Schematic Reading
- Basic machine shop knowledge (drill presses, lathes, saws)
- General working knowledge of machine shop equipment
- Understanding of SAP maintenance module
- Proper and safe methods to use various testing equipment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe working environment
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work an 8, 10 and/or 12-hour shift
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to climb as required by the job
- Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to problem-solve and establish cause-and-effect relationships in office and/or manufacturing environments
