Job Summary
Equipment / Quarry Operator responsible for supporting production and maintenance in the quarry, operating quarry equipment, and upholding a strong safety culture. You will follow environmental, health and safety policies, assist with training other employees, communicate effectively with staff, keep work areas clean and organized, and contribute to internal controls and efficient operations. Key skills include basic math and English literacy, welding/cutting/mechanical abilities, experience with haul trucks and loaders, and the ability to work overtime/weekends as needed. Required Qualifications
- Previous surface mining experience preferred but not required
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills are required (English)
- Welding, cutting, and mechanical skills are desired
- Haul trucks, loaders, and various mine equipment
- Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
