Equipment / Quarry Operator

Operate equipment in quarry environments and assist production and maintenance functions. Maintain a safe work environment and follow Environmental Health & Safety policies; participate in safety initiatives; communicate effectively with staff; keep work areas clean and organized; train and coach other employees as needed. Demonstrate ability to work independently as a self-starter while contributing to a team; understand equipment functions and processes of primary areas; willingness to work overtime and weekends; basic math, reading, and writing skills; welding, cutting, and mechanical skills are desirable. Use PPE as required and adhere to safety protocols; equity and inclusion practices are encouraged. The role is based in Granger, Indiana, with competitive salary and standard company benefits.
